National Control and Operation Manager

Israel Railways requires a National Control and Monitoring Manager, operation and maintenance of communication, control, and monitoring systems for the national and local (compounds) electrification infrastructure in the electrification project (SCADA & COMMUNICATION) to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and safety of the systems and in accordance with regulations, work instructions, and Israel Railways procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technician
• Proven experience of at least 3 years working as an Electrical Engineer or 5 years as an Electrical Engineering Technician
• Experience in planning/executing switching and interlocking commands
• Management of at least 5 direct employees
• Experience working with electrical, command, and control plans
• Project management experience
• Good level of technical English

Advantageous Requirements:

• Experience working with control and communication systems (Computerized Control systems)
• Experience in communication systems
• Experience in the design and establishment of SCADA control systems
• High voltage work license

Additional Requirements for the Role:

• Willingness to work irregular hours
