IT Operations Manager

1. Supervise and control the organization's core systems

• Supervise the organization's core systems and other In-House Software to ensure they are available, stable, and secure
• Monitor and track system performance continuously

1. Define permissions and system Configuration

• Manage user permissions according to security policies
• Define and adjust system configurations to be optimal for business processes

1. Study and apply new solutions or platforms

• Evaluate and select solutions or platforms suitable for the business
• Plan annual budgets and project management tasks

1. Build teams and develop personnel potential

• Build and develop teams to have expertise in Core Business Application Support
• Organize training and provide knowledge on system usage and maintenance to the team

1. Define standards and control service quality

• Establish system service standards in accordance with SLA
• Continuously monitor and evaluate service quality to improve efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields Knowledge of ERP, Hotel Management Systems, Factory Management Systems, and production processes Knowledge of System Integration and Cross-Platform operations 5-10 years of experience managing core business systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle FCCS, Odoo Enterprise, Comanche, TravelClick) 5-10 years of experience in team or project management with the ability to collaborate with multiple departments Technical problem-solving and project management skills; enjoys challenging work Proficiency in English, both in communication and writing Ability to travel for work both domestically and internationally Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
