• Manage sales and provide customer service both in-store and through online channels
• Manage and administer the shop's Social Media
• Plan and create posting schedules for sales media and promotional activities
• Present products and provide information to customers through various channels such as telephone, Social Media, Chat, E-commerce, and CRM
• Present products and sell products via Live Video
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and follow up on customer service
• Manage E-commerce product shipping in collaboration with the Inventory team
• Count and inspect inventory
• Manage weekly tasks and operations within the storefront

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (relevant experience will be considered) Have a strong interest in the fashion industry and follow Pop Culture At least 1 year of sales experience Focus on expertise in customer service Able to work 5 days per week (according to the provided schedule, covering Monday–Sunday) Ability to read and spell English words Able to communicate in English (due to foreign customers) Able to use Mac OS / Microsoft Office / AI operating systems Dress politely, neatly, and appropriately for the shop's image
