R&D Product Department Manager

• Collect and prepare information related to raw materials and various laws or regulations
• Have an understanding of Ingredients, chemical/physical properties
• Have fundamental knowledge of international standard systems such as GHP, HACCP, ISO, BRC
• Prepare related documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Product Development, Biotechnology, or a related field If the educational qualification is not consistent, must have at least 2 years of experience in a related field Have computer and English language skills Have knowledge regarding raw materials and products, production processes, quality control, food laws for partners, the use of Food Additive, and quality management systems Have leadership, planning, and supervisory skills Able to perform data analysis, coordination, and work monitoring and control Be detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
