The role includes: responsibility for supervising and controlling the level of cleanliness, order, and maintenance in guest rooms and floor areas, while adhering to high standards of quality and service in accordance with hotel procedures. Supervision of the floor housekeeping staff's work and ensuring task execution, performing cleanliness inspections in guest rooms before handover, checking the functionality of rooms, equipment, and accessories, and reporting faults to the maintenance department. Distributing tasks to floor employees, handling special guest requests. Good conditions, ability to develop and advance within the organization, significant discounts in the chain's hotels, gifts on birthdays and holidays, invested company events. Experience in a hotel housekeeping department - mandatory. Experience in supervising teams - a significant advantage. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
