For the Africa Israel Hotels chain, a Trainer is required at the headquarters located in Bnei Brak. The role includes: • Training at the chain's hotels and at the headquarters before team members and managers. • Identifying training needs from the field. • Control and monitoring of training sessions conducted throughout the chain. • Assisting in the development of training modules and training programs. • Monitoring compliance with chain standards.
