Technical Sales

1. Coordinate and receive orders from customers, providing details of the products requested by customers
2. Enter customer details and prepare quotations
3. Enter order information received from customers and prepare order emails to notify relevant departments (coordinate with the production department regarding products)
4. Contact customers to inform them of the delivery dates
5. Follow up on product payments and payment receipts from customers (coordinate with the accounting department)
6. Follow up on product delivery and receipt from customers, such as postal numbers and confirmation of receipt (coordinate with the delivery department)
7. Follow up on customer orders to inquire about satisfaction with the products used
8. Prepare documents for product presentations to customers
9. Research product benefits and prepare documents for presentation to customers

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science All genders, aged 28 to 35 years old, with 2-3+ years of sales experience; experience in chemical sales will be specially considered English proficiency must be fair; able to communicate with foreign customers Positive thinker, sincere, not fussy, flexible in working, and able to work well under pressure Clear speech but not aggressive Able to drive a car and navigate all routes
