Domestic and export sales

• Manage and expand the domestic and international customer base for collagen products and raw materials for the dietary supplement, food, and beverage industries
• Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales
• Coordinate with Production, Research and Development (R&D), and Quality departments to develop products that meet customer requirements
• Plan sales strategies and develop both domestic and international markets
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and business activities both domestically and internationally
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and monthly sales forecasts

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales Experience in Nutraceuticals, Functional Ingredients, Collagen, Food Ingredients, or OEM will be given special consideration Experience in export and international market development Good English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills Understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, Payment Terms, and international trade processes Able to travel abroad to meet customers and participate in trade shows Business-minded, result-oriented, and able to work towards sales targets

Special Qualifications: Have a customer network in the dietary supplement, health beverage, or cosmeceutical industries Experience selling Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen, Collagen Peptide, or Functional Ingredients Experience managing markets in Asia, Middle East, Europe, or North America Able to use CRM and sales data analysis programs
