Deputy Director

Analyze the market and participate in the development of the institute's strategic development. Interact with partners, customers, employment centers of St. Petersburg, and the Committee on Labor and Employment (organizing the conclusion of contracts with customers, compliance with deadlines and obligations under concluded contracts). Coordinate work on organizing the educational process and teaching and methodological activities. Organize participation in competitions, grants, tenders, state or commercial procurements conducted on electronic trading platforms. Evaluation of results, preparation of reporting and documentation on the activities of the subdivision. Ensuring the quality assessment of the provided educational services.

Requirements

Higher education; Work experience from 1 to 3 years in the educational sphere or in a similar position; Knowledge of English - elementary; Experience working with electronic trading platforms; Knowledge of procurement legislation (44-FZ, 223-FZ); Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
