ERP Application Administrator

Tadbik is looking for an ERP & MES Application Administrator for ongoing support and management of the organization's core systems and providing responses to the company's users.

The main systems:

• Priority ERP
• Ma'ale ERP system
• Trunovate / Kontechal MES system

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing applicative support in ERP and MES systems and handling faults and user requests.
• User and permission management.
• Training and accompanying users in work processes.
• Working with system vendors and monitoring service calls.
• Performing tests after changes, version updates, and developments.
• Assisting in the implementation of processes and improvements in the systems.
• Supporting business processes in the fields of production, logistics, inventory, purchasing, sales, and finance.
• Participation in information systems projects.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in applicative support in ERP systems – Mandatory.
• Experience working with Priority and/or Ma'ale – Significant advantage.
• Experience in a production environment and MES systems – Significant advantage.
• Familiarity with business processes such as purchasing, inventory, logistics, production, sales, and finance.
• Experience in user and permission management in business systems.
• Good ability to analyze and diagnose faults.
• Experience working with software vendors and external support entities.
• Ability to perform system testing and process documentation.
• Good command of Excel and the Microsoft environment.
• Good English level for reading and conducting business with systems and vendors.

• Experience in production floor support.
• Familiarity with Priority, Ma'ale, and MES systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and performing queries for testing and fault analysis.
• Experience in implementation, training, and support for ERP users.
