QA Engineer

1.Verify the accuracy of drawings (DWG) and dimensional requirements, including knowledge of GD&T interpretation in relation to drawings. 2.Review initial dimensional measurement results for new models and start-up runs. 3.Ensure calibration range covers actual usage conditions. 4.Verify consistency among drawing, control plan, and dimensional results in PPAP documentation. 5.Plan and define dimensional measurement methods for new and current models. 6.Coordinate with related departments for dimensional issues. 7.Prepare, revise, and control dimensional documents (WI, Measurement Report, Initial Data). 8.Monitor and control calibration status of measuring equipment per master list and plan. 9.Conduct and follow up MSA / Gage R&R as required. 10.Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for calibration. 11.Prepare and review dimensional data for PPAP documents. 12.Support dimensional measurement and analysis for new models and initial approval. 13.Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Production to resolve PPAP dimensional issues. 14.Prepare initial dimensional reports as per customer requirements. 15.Report dimensional results, issues, and corrective actions to supervisors. 16.Support dimensional data for quality documents (PPAP, ISIR, Initial Inspection Report). 17.Take immediate action if measuring equipment is out of calibration or unsuitable. 18.Maintain calibration-related documents (Calibration Record, Master List, MSA Report) with traceability. 19.Prepare PPAP dimensional documents such as Dimensional Results and ISIR.

Qualifications: Male or Female , age 25 years up. Bachelor's degree or higher Mechanical Engineering branch or related fields Experience in QA-QC at least 1-3 years. Knowledge and experience in checking drawing and dimension ,including GD&T. Experience in measurement result, control plan and customer reguiments. Experience in new model. Knowledge or have completed training in ISO 9001, IATF16949, Core Tools.
