Sales Department Manager, Central Chidlom Branch

1. Manage the sales of the responsible department to achieve targets
2. Perform purchasing in alignment with sales
3. Arrange products and signage to maximize sales
4. Oversee service to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Support/supervise personnel in the department to perform their duties well and happily

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any related field 3+ years of experience in sales management and team/staff management Good computer skills Good communication skills, good coordination skills Experience in the retail business Basic English communication skills Able to work 6 days per week (includes 2 additional special holidays per month); able to take days off on non-Saturday/Sunday; able to work shifts according to mall hours 9.30-19.00/12.30-22.00
