• Create a lasting impression on customers when they enter the store by providing attentive care and attention to detail during their shopping experience
• Solve customer problems professionally and maintain the brand image
• Explain the brand story, values, and product details confidently and in an easy-to-understand manner
• Drive sales to achieve personal and team targets
• Suggest additional products or complementary items to increase sales
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting products that are suitable for them
• Take care of customers both in-store and through online channels such as LINE, telephone, etc.

Qualifications:

• Have 3 or more years of experience in Luxury Brand / Multi Brand apparel sales
• Passionate about fashion and always ready to learn about the brand and new products
• Able to communicate well in English
• Possess effective task management and team management skills
• Have leadership qualities and can work well under pressure
• Work 6 days/week and can work in shifts according to mall hours
