• Provide customer service in accordance with brand standards
• Create a lasting impression on customers when they enter the store by providing care and attention to detail during their shopping experience
• Solve customer problems professionally and maintain the brand image
• Explain the brand story, values, and product details confidently and in an easy-to-understand manner
• Achieve sales targets for both yourself and the store
• Recommend additional or complementary products to increase sales
• Understand customer needs and help select products that are suitable for them
• Take care of customers both in-store and through online channels such as LINE, telephone, etc.

Qualifications:

• Have 1 year or more of experience in selling Streetwear/Multi/Luxury Brand fashion clothing
• Passionate about fashion and always ready to learn about the brand and new products
• Able to communicate in English
• Work 6 days/week and able to work in shifts according to mall hours
