• Provide customer service, recommend products, and generate sales according to brand standards
• Create a lasting impression on customers when they enter the store by providing attentive care and attention to detail during their shopping experience
• Analyze customer needs and present products that match their style and occasion of use
• Drive personal sales to meet the targets set by the company
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the store image in accordance with standards
• Provide appropriate initial troubleshooting for customers' immediate problems
• Maintain product condition to be always ready for sale, without defects, damage, or untidiness
• Assist in daily / monthly stock counts as specified by the company

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in selling cosmetics, perfume, skincare, or lip balm
• Able to communicate in English at a good level
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• If able to perform Calligraphy, gift wrapping, and engraving, or if you enjoy handicrafts and arts, you will be given special consideration
• Work 6 days/week; able to work in shifts according to mall hours
