Urgent: Sales Associate for A.P.C. brand, Central Ladprao branch

Your tasks

• Provide customer service, recommend products, and generate sales according to brand standards • Create a lasting impression on customers when they enter the store by providing attentive care and attention to detail during their shopping experience • Analyze customer needs and present products that match their style and usage occasions • Drive personal sales to meet the targets set by the company • Maintain existing customers and build long-term relationships • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the store image in accordance with standards • Provide appropriate initial problem-solving for customers on the spot • Ensure product condition is always ready for sale, without defects, damage, or untidiness • Assist with daily / monthly stock counts as specified by the company

Requirements

1. Experience in sales within the Streetwear, Multi-brand, or Luxury Brand fashion sectors
2. Knowledge of and interest in fashion, including staying up-to-date with trends and new products
3. Ability to communicate in English at a good level
4. Excellent sales and customer service skills
5. Good personality, good interpersonal skills, and a service mind
6. Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work well within a team
7. Able to work 6 days per week and work in shifts according to department store operating hours
