• Provide customer service, recommend products, and generate sales according to brand standards
• Create an impression for customers when entering the store by providing care and attention to detail during their shopping experience
• Analyze customer needs and present products that match their style and occasion
• Drive personal sales to meet the targets set by the company
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the store image according to standards
• Provide appropriate initial problem-solving for customers on the spot
• Maintain product condition to be always ready for sale, without defects, damage, or untidiness
• Assist in daily / monthly stock counts as determined by the company

Qualifications:

• Have 1 year or more of experience in selling Streetwear/Multi/Luxury Brand fashion clothing
• Passionate about fashion and always ready to learn about the brand and new products
• Able to communicate in English at a good level
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Work 6 days/week and able to work in shifts according to mall hours
