1. Perform duties as a Runner to pick products from the storefront / sales department according to order lists
2. Verify and record incoming products into the system to ensure accuracy according to customer orders
3. Pack products into boxes according to the standards and formats specified by the company
4. Prepare and hand over products to the logistics company within the specified time
5. Coordinate with sales staff and relevant departments within the branch regarding product transfers and picking
6. Inspect, process, and return products in the case of Return products
7. Oversee the orderliness of the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure efficiency
8. Perform other duties related to the Fulfillment process within the branch as assigned

Qualifications: Age 18 years and above Education: Grade 9 (M.3) or higher Able to use computers and basic systems Basic English skills Detail-oriented and able to work well under time constraints Coordination skills and able to work as a team Healthy and able to walk or lift products
