Operations Representative for the Finance and Securities Department

The role includes: entering the world of employee equity compensation plans (options / shares / RSU and more). Processing sell orders in public companies, including calculations of tax liabilities and net consideration. Preparing reports for the company's clients. Handling periodic reports to the Income Tax authorities. A bachelor's degree – a significant advantage. Good level of English. Good level of Excel. Order and precision. Ability to learn quickly and work intensively.
