What does the role include?

• In-depth analysis of public companies – in Israel and abroad.
• Regular meetings with management, entrepreneurs, analysts, and investment entities.
• Direct work with investment managers – as an integral part of the team that leads the investments.
• Integration of analytical ability with deep business understanding – far beyond Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in analysis/investments – in the field, not just in theory.
• Broad business understanding, not just financial – the ability to read between the lines of financial reports.
• High level of English – a significant portion of the companies we analyze are global.
• High proficiency in Excel – as a tool, not as an end.
• Independent thinking, curiosity, and eyes wide open to the market – we won't want to explain why Teva dropped 5%.

Advantage but not mandatory:

• Relevant academic background (Economics / Accounting / Business Administration) – good to have, not mandatory.
• Experience from small or entrepreneurial companies – sometimes the sharpest thinking doesn't come from the corporate world.
