Account Manager for Public Companies.

The Phoenix ESOP, the leading company in Israel in the field of trust services, and mergers and acquisitions for equity-based employee benefit programs, is looking for an Account Manager to handle public company accounts.

As part of the role:

• Routine handling of public high-tech clients while maintaining continuous contact with executives from those companies, ensuring satisfaction and a high level of service.
• Management of databases, information repositories, performing tax calculations, and operating mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Providing ongoing support, information, and professional guidance.
• Working with many interfaces, both internal and external to the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/ Law/ Economics and Finance – Mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in account management/ customer success/ a similar role – Mandatory.
• High level of English.
• Practical knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with capital markets and finance – An advantage.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, high ability for order and organization.
