Finance Manager

•Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. •Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. •Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets. •Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. •Manage tax planning and compliance with statutory regulations. •Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and government agencies to ensure smooth financial operations. •Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. •Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in managerial role. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
