Raw Material Warehouse Manager

1. Control the operations of all staff in the department to comply with company regulations efficiently.
2. Determine overtime working hours in case of necessity, such as production according to production formulas, product delivery, etc.
3. Control product delivery by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure delivery is carried out as scheduled.
4. Manage and control the use of 4M to support production and vehicles arriving to pick up goods efficiently.
5. Control product production to strictly follow the specified production formulas.
6. Control product issuance to ensure the specified quantities are complete.
7. Control the requisition of fuel, consumables, and others according to approval authority.
8. Prepare necessary PPE equipment for employees according to the nature of work and working environment.
9. Prepare summary reports regarding product issuance, inventory, heavy equipment usage, and fuel.
10. Comply with Quality Management, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety systems, or other work systems as specified by the company.
11. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager. Or a High Vocational Certificate and at least 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager. Or a Vocational Certificate or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience in coal warehouse management. Ability to read and write English. Skills in using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Form for work. Management skills. Able to work Monday-Saturday, 8:00-17:00.
