Your tasks

Development of concepts and solution architectures based on Bitrix24, taking into account business requirements and company goals; Creation of technical requirements and specifications for the development of Bitrix24 solutions; Preparation of documentation, such as Development Regulations, Change Management, business process diagrams, data flows, decision-making presentations, etc.; Selection of the most suitable tools and technologies for implementing Bitrix24 solutions; Development and implementation of Bitrix24 solutions, including module configuration, custom module development, and integration with other systems (primarily with SAP, AD, 1C); Integration of Bitrix24 with other systems and services such as SAP, AD, 1C, ITSM, Mirapolis, and others; Configuration and setup of Bitrix24 modules and functions to meet the company's business requirements; Testing and debugging of Bitrix24 solutions to ensure their stability and performance; Ensuring the security of Bitrix24 solutions, including setting up access rights, data encryption, and other security measures in cooperation with Information Security employees; Creation of documentation and conducting training for users and IT administrators of Bitrix24 solutions; Support and updating of Bitrix24 solutions, including bug fixes, adding new features, and version updates; Analysis of Bitrix24 solution performance, optimizing them to improve efficiency and performance, and controlling environment sprawl; Collaboration with other teams within the IT department and external ones, such as marketing, sales, and others, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Bitrix24 solutions.

Requirements

A Bitrix24 Architect must have deep knowledge of the Bitrix24 platform, its capabilities and limitations, as well as experience working with other technologies and systems; At least 7 years of experience working with the Bitrix24 platform, including development, integration, implementation, and support of solutions; Deep knowledge of the Bitrix24 platform, its capabilities and limitations, including modules, API, and development tools; Experience working with technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and others; Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions; Good knowledge of the PHP programming language, including syntax, data structures, and object-oriented programming; Knowledge of the JavaScript programming language, including syntax, data structures, and libraries such as jQuery; Knowledge of HTML and CSS markup languages, including syntax, data structures, and styling methods; Knowledge of databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and others, as well as data structures, queries, and optimization; Knowledge of the Bitrix24 API, including methods, parameters, and usage examples; Project management experience, including planning, execution, and control; Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, users, and other teams; Ability to work in an IT team, including collaboration, task delegation, and conflict resolution; Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and working methods; Ability to generate new ideas and solutions, including innovative approaches and creative thinking; Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or related fields; Possession of qualities such as independence, responsibility, flexibility, communication skills, and politeness; Possession of a Bitrix24 certificate confirming knowledge and skills in working with the platform; Ability to work in an ITSM-based ticketing system; Proficiency in English and/or German at the B1, B2 level.
