Purchasing Agent for a leading global industrial company

• Managing negotiations and closing framework agreements • Conducting market surveys and selecting new suppliers according to company policy. • Meeting savings targets and the department's service SLA • Initiating efficiency processes. Performing technical purchasing by identifying suppliers, managing negotiations on prices, delivery times, and payment terms, performing supplier evaluations, and market surveys. • Performing purchasing of equipment, materials/products, services, and more under optimal commercial conditions for the company. Managing negotiations on prices, delivery dates, and payment terms • Generating purchase orders for suppliers, • Performing follow-up on the delivery of ordered goods/services

• Academic degree - advantage. • Engineering Technician - advantage • High level of English • At least 3 years of previous experience in technical purchasing • Proven experience in negotiation and cost reduction • Proven experience in supplier identification and management • In-depth knowledge of Office software, specifically Excel. • Previous experience in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
