Project Manager for a Renewable Energy Company (m/f)

Management and leadership of projects in the renewable energy field from the initiation and feasibility study stage through to maturity and execution. Management of all development processes, including planning, regulatory, commercial, contractual, and financial aspects. Construction of work plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitoring compliance with project goals. Project feasibility analysis and leading decision-making processes in collaboration with professional entities in Israel and abroad. Management and coordination between engineering, economic, legal, and regulatory teams, as well as with consultants, suppliers, and business partners. Working with authorities, planning and regulatory bodies, and other entities required to advance the project. Risk identification and management, handling obstacles, and leading control and quality processes. Preparation of reports, analyses, and recommendations, and presenting them to the company's management in Israel and abroad.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or development in the energy field.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field - Mandatory.
• Experience in companies in the fields of renewable energy, solar, wind, gas, electricity, or energy storage - Mandatory.
• Experience in leading complex projects involving commercial, financial, engineering, and regulatory interfaces.
• Experience working in a global environment and managing international interfaces.
• Ability to manage and motivate multiple interfaces without direct authority.
• Business and systemic vision, high analytical ability, and long-term process management.
• Very high level of English, written and spoken - Mandatory.
• Willingness to travel periodically to the USA.
