Capsule is recruiting a Purchasing Manager for a manufacturing company in the South

What does the role include?

• Leading the purchasing field and responsibility for all purchasing activity in the company.
• Building and implementing a purchasing strategy.
• Managing commercial negotiations with suppliers locally and worldwide.
• Identifying and developing new suppliers and managing long-term relationships.
• Responsibility for the procurement of raw materials, equipment, services, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring material availability and supporting production continuity.
• Leading efficiency, savings, and performance improvement processes.
• Routine work with intra-organizational interfaces and managing the purchasing team.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing management in an industrial company.
• Significant experience in raw material procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience in managing commercial negotiations with suppliers locally and abroad.
• Very high level of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
• Business vision, analytical thinking, ability to lead processes, and excellent interpersonal skills.
