Maintenance and Engineering Manager for a well-known manufacturing company

Overall responsibility for the management, maintenance, availability, and reliability of all equipment and machinery in the plant. Professional and managerial management of a team of maintenance engineers and technical support teams. Leading preventive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance. Responsibility for automation systems, robotics, and controllers in the plant, including maintenance, upgrading, and development. Leading engineering projects to upgrade production lines, integrate new equipment, and implement advanced technologies. Management of the maintenance and investment budget in the field of equipment and machinery. Management of critical spare parts inventory and optimization of maintenance costs. Working with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service contractors in Israel and abroad. Leading efficiency processes and continuous improvement to increase equipment availability and production yields. Routine work with the production, engineering, quality, safety, and operations departments. Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements regarding equipment and machinery.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory. At least 7 years of experience in managing a maintenance system for equipment and machinery in an advanced industrial plant - mandatory. Experience in managing teams of engineers and maintenance personnel - mandatory. Experience working with automation systems, robotics, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) - mandatory. Experience in leading complex engineering projects and implementing new production equipment - mandatory. Deep knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial electrical systems. Experience working with CMMS systems for maintenance management - significant advantage. High level of English - mandatory. Full command of Office applications and ERP systems. Systems thinking, data analysis skills, and decision-making ability in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ability to manage and lead professional teams, initiative, and the ability to drive change processes. The position is open to both women and men.
