Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior Personal Assistant combined with office management – Mandatory.
- Experience working with complex calendars and in a multi-tasking and multi-interface environment.
- Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, personal matters, and welfare – Mandatory!
- High-level organizational, order, and operational skills.
- Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
- Discretion, personal responsibility, independence, and the ability to drive tasks from end to end.
- Flexibility and the ability to cope with changes and unexpected tasks.
