IT Engineer

1. Manage and execute assigned IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and efficient system operation.
2. Design, procure, install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and data storage devices to ensure security and efficiency.
3. Install, configure, and manage configuration policies.
4. Oversee the procurement, inspection, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, computing equipment, telephony systems, and related hardware under the IT department's purview to ensure continuous system operation.
5. Design, procure, install, configure, and troubleshoot backup solutions for IT systems, ensuring comprehensive data backup and reliable data recovery capabilities.
6. Design and manage access rights for applications and data; configure and administer user accounts, access privileges, and passwords.
7. Create and update network diagrams illustrating server and internal IT system connections to ensure accuracy and currency, facilitating system maintenance and auditing.
8. Provide prompt and professional IT support via ticketing systems, email, or telephone.
9. Analyze and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
10. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
11. Coordinate with IT suppliers to resolve issues that cannot be handled internally.
12. Maintain IT asset inventories and software license records.
13. Support cybersecurity operations (e.g., installing antivirus software, performing system updates). and security patch installation)
14. Prepare standard operating procedures , troubleshooting guides, and support service records, as well as ISO 9001:2015 support documentation.
15. Ensure operations comply with the company's IT policies and procedures.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Male/Female Age 28-35 Years old. At least 2 years of experience in IT Engineer. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively. Able to problem-solving abilities. Able to communication and interpersonal skills. Good communication in English or Japanese will be advantage.
