Senior Cyber Security Engineer

• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution
• Provide phone and email support service to external customers.
• Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident

Qualifications: Thai Nationality. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH or similar) At least 5 + years’ experience in Cyber Security. Must have in-depth knowledge in IGA, SSE and Cloud Security Solution (AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent) Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading IGA, SSE, AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Certificate would be advantage Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar) High ability to learn new technology
