Accounting for inventory in the operational accounting system, processing shipping and accompanying documentation, entering data into the system, reconciliation (theory, fact, participation in conducting inventory, tracking product rotation in the warehouse) in accordance with legislative requirements; participation in tender procedures, audits of service providers (within the scope of activity); monitoring the technical condition of equipment used in work, timely processing of necessary requests upon detection of malfunctions; participation in training and development activities (trainings, seminars, workshops, etc.), development programs and performing tasks assigned within the framework of conducting said activities

Requirements

secondary specialized education and above (preferably technical) - work experience in the food industry and logistics from 1 year - computer literacy at a confident user level (including Microsoft Office), email programs - knowledge of SAP at a confident user level - English language knowledge at Intermediate level - knowledge of warehouse document flow
