Assistant Accountant for a successful global company

A leading global cyber company in Herzliya is looking for an Assistant Accountant - maternity leave replacement. An opportunity to join a stable technology company and integrate into a broad and independent role reporting to the CFO, including responsibility for several subsidiaries and significant exposure to international activity. Temporary position for maternity leave replacement. Hybrid position in Herzliya (near the train station) with excellent conditions!

Job Description:

• Responsibility for all ongoing financial activity of subsidiaries in Israel and abroad.
• Assisting in the processes of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Preparation of financial reports according to US GAAP standards.
• Preparation of tax reports.
• Dealing with auditing CPAs, banks, and authorities.
• Control over accounting and payroll.

CPA - Mandatory!

• Experience from at least one role after an accounting firm, advantage of two years and more in a financial services company.
• Experience in a global company – advantage.
• Experience in NetSuite – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in international financial reporting standards US GAAP - significant advantage.
• Practical experience in using AI tools – significant advantage.
• High proficiency in Excel and fluent English – mandatory!
• Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment, task prioritization, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and a high level of integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal relations, high communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
