Computer Science Teacher

is responsible for teaching schoolchildren the basics of computer science, programming, algorithms, and working with digital technologies. As part of teaching computer science, the specialist develops lessons, selects assignments, explains complex concepts in accessible language, and forms practical information processing skills in students.

Requirements

The teacher must be proficient in teaching methodologies, know the legal norms of the educational process, the specifics of school-age child psychology, and safety rules. Knowledge is also required in the following areas: mathematical base for the profile; office software suite; basics of programming; software for creating and processing images, texts, and presentations; in-demand programming languages; English at a good level; promising IT directions and achievements in computer technologies. Experience. Experience in preparing for OGE and EGE will not be superfluous. Skills. A computer science teacher must be able to develop curricula, organize lessons, and evaluate student performance in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard (FGOS).
