Technical Advisor - Marousi

Velmar, one of the largest retail companies in Greece and official distributor and repairer of 15+ car brands, as part of the development of its activities, is looking for a Technical Advisor for its branch in Marousi.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level service to the Company's customers
• Investigates and demonstrates particular interest in the customer's needs
• Receives and delivers the vehicle to the customer
• Explains the charges and works listed on the invoice to the customer
• Advises on any future maintenance needs
• Supports the customer base by resolving queries regarding technical issues
• Reports to the Workshop supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Administration direction (University/TEI) or Technical education
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Professional experience of over three years
• Category B driving license
• Effective interpersonal & telephone communication
• Customer-centric approach
• Ability to cooperate
• Organizational skills
