Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor (Rojana Factory)

• Supervise employee operations; verify the accuracy of receiving and issuing finished goods; ensure storage methods are performed appropriately
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operations comply with company quality and policies
• Control and manage product delivery
• Inspect and approve product delivery plans of the Delivery Officers
• Prepare internal departmental documents as assigned
• Analyze product delivery problems to find solutions
• Control and monitor product delivery to ensure punctuality according to customer requirements
• Coordinate with Sales and Production departments to stay informed of production volumes and customer orders to understand product movement and plan product delivery
• Coordinate with the storage warehouse and product transfers
• Coordinate with the International Department to bring packaging into the contract manufacturing factory and transfer

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field At least 3 years of experience in related warehouse operations Knowledge and understanding of quality system standards such as ISO9001, GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, BRC, ISO45001, etc. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, SAP Basic knowledge of English Good problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Work Monday-Saturday and able to travel independently
