Senior Packaging Research and Development Officer (Noppawong Factory)

• Prepare and verify product labels for international markets to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination countries
• Inspect Artwork, Digital Proof, and Print Master of packaging, and coordinate with international Suppliers
• Study and update food, labeling, and packaging laws both domestically and internationally
• Perform registration, amendment of food registrations, and request various certification documents from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Prepare information and supporting documents for international sales, such as Nutrition Facts, Claims, and relevant legal information
• Support quality system tasks such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, and Halal, including maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Operate within the SAP system and perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or other related fields Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Food Labeling, or the food industry will be given special consideration Knowledge of food laws, labeling laws, and FDA regulations Knowledge of international food labeling laws will be given special consideration Able to read, write, and communicate in English for work Meticulous and able to accurately inspect Artwork and label information Possess coordination skills and the ability to work with multiple departments Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using SAP will be given special consideration Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, or Halal will be given special consideration
