Product Research and Development Officer (Non Seaweed)

• Current Product Development: Research academic data and research results, including relevant legal requirements, to improve current product quality and production processes, as well as perform analysis, design, and experimental planning at both Lab Scale and actual production lines.
• New Product Development: Research and develop new products by studying market trends and relevant laws, conduct experiments at Lab Scale and production lines, as well as plan Shelf life studies.
• OEM Product Development: Research and develop OEM products, oversee relevant requirements and laws, and handle supporting documentation for OEM products. Presentation of work: Summarize operational results in all parts and present to supervisors for consideration.
• Regulatory and Quality System Tasks: Study, collect, and update relevant food law requirements, as well as support quality system work (GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, Halal, and others) and prepare or review documents in the department's quality system to keep them up to date.
• SAP System Tasks: Create and edit Material code and BOM, as well as prepare PR, GR, and Reservation in the SAP system.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology (B.Sc. Food Technology) or other related fields. 0 - 5 years of experience in product research and development in the food industry (New graduates are welcome). Knowledge of food products, production processes, including tools, machinery, and equipment related to the food industry. Knowledge of food laws. Good analytical and creative thinking skills, planning skills, and coordination skills. Ability to solve immediate problems and handle diverse tasks. Proficiency in using computers, basic programs, and the internet. Basic ability to use English for related work.
