Payment System Support and Maintenance Specialist

UNIBANK OJSC is looking for a Payment System Support and Maintenance Specialist to join the UBPay national payment system department team

Daily maintenance and ensuring cooperation with UBPay partner financial organizations.

Conducting periodic and, if necessary, daily visits to partner financial organizations.

Organizing and conducting trainings regarding UBPay products and services for employees of partner organizations.

Receiving and coordinating questions, problems, and suggestions submitted by partners.

Identifying operational and technical issues arising during the use of UBPay products and services and transferring them to the appropriate departments.

Cooperating with the relevant departments in order to receive necessary information regarding the progress of transferred issues and to provide feedback to partners.

Providing partners with necessary information regarding UBPay products, services, and processes.

Accompanying partners during the implementation process of new UBPay products and services.

Maintaining and developing working relationships with partner financial organizations.

Transferring feedback and suggestions received from partners to the relevant departments and management.

Preparing working reports and summaries if necessary.

Higher education, preferably in finance, economics, banking, management, or related fields.

At least 1 year of professional experience in the financial or banking sector.

Good knowledge of Russian, sufficient knowledge of English.

Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with partners and customers, well-developed communication and organizational skills, high level of responsibility and initiative, ability to perceive information quickly, identify problems, and transfer them accurately to the appropriate departments.

Possession of a personal car is mandatory: readiness for field work and periodic/daily visits to partner financial organizations.
