Controller Software Engineer

1. studying the characteristics and functionality of the Company's products - controllers, motors, electromechanical assemblies, sensors. 2. practical mastery of the configuration, control, and operation of controller products and drive systems (motors, assemblies, sensors). 3. communicating with manufacturers regarding product characteristics, application, configuration, and operation, as well as regarding complaints. 4. assisting employees and customers in product selection, integration, and configuration, as well as with complaints. 5. preparing and conducting presentations of product and software capabilities and their implementation (both by customers and within the Company). 6. participating in Company and customer projects (assisting in product selection, integration, and configuration).

Requirements

1. computer proficiency at a confident user level: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Visio; 2. at least 2 years of experience in a similar position; 3. good knowledge of English, allowing you to: - search for information on English-language websites; - conduct telephone negotiations with product suppliers/manufacturers; - carry out correspondence; - translate technical literature and documentation. 4. higher technical education.
