Manufacturing Engineering (Laem Chabang Industrial Estate)

• Plan and control production to meet plans and customer requirements
• Analyze and improve production processes (Process Improvement) to reduce waste and increase production efficiency
• Analyze and resolve problems in the production process, including workpiece quality issues
• Support and improve the Stamping production process to ensure stability and standards
• Coordinate with the production department, quality department, and related units to ensure production meets targets
• Implement Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean, and Kaizen activities to reduce waste
• Operate according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, while managing teams and assigning tasks for maximum efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields 1-3 years or more of experience in the production field Ability to analyze and plan work well Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14000 systems Leadership and team management skills Meticulous and able to follow up on work well Problem-solving skills for immediate issues Understanding of production systems and production planning Skills in English communication, reading, conversation, and listening Leadership skills
