Planning Supervisor - Production Planning (Laem Chabang Industrial Estate)

1. Plan production in accordance with orders and company goals
2. Control and monitor the production plan to ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other related departments
4. Analyze production capacity, raw materials, and production resources

Inspect and monitor problems affecting the production plan and find solutions

1. Prepare production summary reports and monthly KPI reports
2. Control raw material stock and inventory levels appropriately
3. Improve production planning processes to increase work efficiency
4. Support Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities within the factory

Qualifications: Male / Female, Age 25 – 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field 1 – 3 years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience using ERP / SAP systems will be specially considered Possess analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Possess leadership skills and the ability to manage a team Able to work under pressure and coordinate well with multiple parties Able to communicate in English
