Production Supervisor

1) Supervise and control employees and subordinates to ensure they follow work procedures correctly 2) Supervise and control subordinates in recording their attendance statistics, as well as ensuring compliance with various company regulations 3) Coordinate with other departments related to the production department to achieve the goals of the department and the organization 4) Perform duties as assigned by supervisors and report performance results 5) Evaluate the performance of subordinates and cooperate in all activities organized by the company, such as 5S, ISO 9001, Safety, and other activities 6) Ensure that employees are aware of the importance of working according to the customer's prohibited substance requirements (HSF/RoHS), including relevant regulations and laws, as well as factory safety within the production plan 7) Control production within the factory to achieve the highest possible targets 8) Organize and monitor the importance of work to achieve the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 9) Act as a communication intermediary between OPERATORS and management, leading to a good understanding of procedures and organizational policies 10) Control the consumption of raw materials and manpower to meet the production plan efficiently 11) Identify the necessity of employee training to bring about skill development and work expertise

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field At least 0-3 years of experience in industrial factory production Proficient in Computer skills using Microsoft Office programs and has a good knowledge of English
