Customer Service Staff

1. Perform customer service operations regarding import/export goods
2. Perform Freight Forwarder services
3. Coordinate with customers and service providers in warehousing, transportation, and other related sectors
4. Perform documentation tasks related to import and export

Qualifications: Female/Male, age 25 - 35 years old Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Management or other related fields At least 1 year of experience in warehousing and import-export operations Able to prepare Import - Export declarations Experience in preparing FDA documents will be specially considered Knowledge of maritime documents Good level of English communication; reading and writing proficiency will be specially considered Detail-oriented, diligent, patient, and able to work well in a team Proficient in using Microsoft office programs Experience in distribution will be specially considered
