AP Accountant (Warehouse experience will be specially considered)

AP Accounting

1. Receive billing/invoices/tax invoices from Suppliers according to the company's billing schedule.
2. Record accounts payable and various monthly expenses.
3. Prepare Payment Vouchers along with recording payments and attaching supporting documents correctly and completely.
4. Prepare withholding tax for monthly P.N.D.3, 53 filings.
5. Prepare input-output tax reports along with P.P.30 forms and reconcile monthly revenue between accounting records and P.P.30 forms.
6. Prepare monthly asset depreciation reports.
7. Prepare relevant monthly accounting supporting details.
8. Coordinate with related departments and various agencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (at least 2-3 years of experience). Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, responsible in duties, and ready to learn new things. Able to work well under pressure. Experience using Express program will be specially considered. Fair speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
