Sales Operation Executive

1. Create samples according to customer requirements with Sales.
2. Create rendering images to show rough operations or printing sizes for customer approval.
3. Prepare order specifications, sample orders, and upload orders into the Sales data center system.
4. Track raw materials and accessories, and pass information to the sampling team.
5. Prepare Artwork and documents for ordering printing blocks or silk screen films to suppliers.
6. Create rough mock-ups together with the Designer team and pass them to the sampling team.
7. Verify the accuracy of experimental work and samples before delivery to customers.
8. Prepare stickers for sample boxes.
9. Coordinate internally and externally.
10. Other assigned tasks.

**Work Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday per month, from 08:00-17:00.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial Product Design, Manufacturing Technology, Architectural Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Have at least 2-5 years of experience in Packaging, POP Display, printing, or decorative material design. Able to read and write technical Drawings. Able to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw, AutoCAD, and 3D Solid works. Good English communication skills. Patient and able to work well under pressure.
