Head of Central Production Laboratory

• lead and coordinate the work of the central production laboratory. - in the development/updating of regulatory documentation (TU, STO, specifications for raw materials, finished products); - in the development of the production control program, including swab sampling programs REM/non-PEM; monitoring execution; - in organizing work to confirm product compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the RF (Declaration, state registration, voluntary certification); - on the development and implementation of sanitary programs; - on the updating of HACCP plans; - on the development of schedules and training programs for sanitation and hygiene; - on conducting GMP audits and analyzing results; - on organizing work with the pest control contractor (Pest-control), trend analysis; - on participating in external third-party audits/certification/inspection audits; - in leading internal audits. - knowledge of English at a minimum level of A2: Pre-Intermediate (Ability to communicate in the language in everyday situations. Clear expression of thoughts).

Requirements

Higher education; Work experience in a similar position for 1 year or more; Work experience in management systems developed based on ISO 22000, FSSC 22000; Experience in participating in the development of a HACCP plan.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 6 years
