Human Resources Officer (Tree House Montessori Learning Center)
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection
1.1 Plan manpower requirements in collaboration with school management, post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for teachers or staff to ensure readiness for the school term; manage teacher professional licenses or Work Permits in the case of hiring foreign teachers.
- Compensation & Benefits
2.1 Prepare payroll, compensation, extra teaching fees, and benefits for teachers and staff; process withholding tax (e.g., P.N.D.1) and Social Security; manage working hours, leave, and time attendance for teachers.
- HR Admin & Employee Relations
3.1 Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, employment contracts, and appointment orders; oversee discipline, regulations, and provide consultation on labor laws or school regulations.
Qualifications: Gender: Male or Female Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public Administration, Management, or a related field Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR (experience in educational institutions or international schools will be given special consideration) Good English communication skills Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of labor laws
