Retail Sales Associate - Urgent Hiring!

• Manage the GCAP GOLD storefront and provide service to customers browsing products
• Recommend products, prices, promotions, and product details to customers accurately
• Sell products and close sales in accordance with the targets set by the company
• Provide service to Thai and foreign customers, especially Chinese customers
• Maintain storefront orderliness, product arrangement, and ensure Displays are beautiful and ready for sale at all times
• Verify the accuracy of price tags, product details, and storefront promotion information
• Oversee product security and follow procedures for handling high-value goods
• Summarize daily sales and report customer information or feedback encountered during sales
• Coordinate with relevant teams, such as Admin, Warehouse, and Marketing teams, to ensure smooth sales operations

Qualifications: Female, age 25-35 years old High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Sales or related fields Experience in retail sales, service in Retail, Jewelry, Gold, Luxury Goods, Tourism Retail, or premium products will be given special consideration Able to communicate in English and Chinese Has a passion for sales and service, is smiling, polite, and has good interpersonal skills Good personality, reliable, and able to provide professional customer service Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible Able to recommend products and close sales effectively Able to work according to storefront hours, holidays, or periods specified by the company Able to work well under pressure If able to start work immediately, special consideration will be given
