Job Description

• Monitoring, operation, and control of organizational communication and computing systems operating 24/7
• Real-time fault identification, characterizing the nature of the fault, and understanding its impacts
• Initial handling of faults or transferring them to the relevant professional parties
• Working with support teams, system administrators, and information security personnel
• Routine documentation and reporting of events and faults
